Maja Edelbring, better known as Mayka, a young female artist, producer and DJ on the rise was recently called -the reigning Queen of the Swedish electro scene- by influential music blog Discobelle a while back. She"s been setting dance floors on fire the last couple of years with her colorful mix of house, electro and influences from world music, ancient drums and big classic movie soundtracks... She"s definitely creative, passionate and committed to the craft and it"s beginning to pay off already early on. This, only her debut single, have been getting lot of love from fellow DJs around the world, blogs and she"s been played on specialist radio shows for a while now. And at every cool party in Stockholm and around Sweden you"ll find her on the bill. Just recently she played the official after parties for the Grammys, the Goteborg Film Festival and the unforgettable Justice after party in Stockholm.
